Essentially, we needed to do construction all over the building, and we had Redi Systems do some cable wiring and a few other things, like wire management for the TVs and such, and it has all been taken care of. I called them, they gave me a bid, we decided to do it, and they did a great job. The guys are really computer savvy, but they are a little on the quiet side, which isn't a bad thing, I just prefer a little more personality. Other than that, they had great service, and their timeliness was perfect. They worked around our schedules, which worked out great. We're checking out bids on other stuff for them to possibly do. A little over a year ago, I purchased a video switching receiver from Redi Systems. I was offered a price equivalent to what I would have found on the internet and wanted to keep my business local, so I chose Redi Systems. Matt, a technician at the store, came to my house and set it all up for me while explaining every detail of the process. Last week I had a video problem and called Matt to help me. He came to my house on a Sunday and helped me figure it out. Customer service at this level is very rare in any business--regardless of size. I fully recommend Redi Systems, and specifically Matt Martin, if you ever have the need for any audio visual equipment...or even if you just need advice. You will not be disappointed. more

Good customer service, even after the sale. 7/26/2011

My experience with Redi Systems has been nice and pleasant. I was driving by the store, saw their number, and was in need of an alarm system, so I called them. They have good service. I got the estimate, and it was within our range of what we could handle, so I went with them, and everything has been good so far. They have good customer service even after the sale and everything. more

the service was great. my only suggestion would be to spend a little more time familiarizing the customer with the new product and how to go about handling issues that may arise,such as power outages, no signal or error codes. more

The work was very professional and the workers were polite and stuck with the job. When the camera that was installed was not adequate, it was replaced free of charge. We were pleased with the price charged for the work. We would highly recommend this company to any future clients. more

Redi Systems Inc just took very good care of us. They made sure that they understood what we were after, that we asked the right questions and that they got exactly what I was trying to communicate to them. It turned out that what they had heard was what I wanted, even if I had a hard time getting it across. On the day the installers came, it was a wintry little rainy day. They took great care of our carpets and took their shoes off right when they came in, so not to drag mud on my carpets. I didn't even have to tell them to do that, they just did it. They were fast and communicated with me every step of the way. At the end, Sean even sat down with me to go over everything and explain it all. Everything they did turned out great! We've already recommended them to a few friends of ours. more

I had an entertainment system set up as well as a Sonos system installed. I am very happy with all of the products and services provided. Any issues that occurred were resolved very quickly. Sean and the staff were very easy to deal with and good at explaining the details of my new systems. more

Multi-media projector installation 2/16/2011

After we provided Redi systems our requirements, they quickly put together a proposal that included projector options and prices for each. After review, we thought we needed a more powerful projector and they were willing to work with us to identify other options that would meet our needs. The final quote included a proposed implementation date which made it easier to get approval. Implementation was on time and all expectations were met. I plan on using them again and would recommend them to anyone. more

Home Theater Install 2/6/2011

Redi Systems did an amazing job installing my home theater system. What is great about Redi Systems is they use top of the line equipment to deliver the best product. If something does not work quite right they will be there quickly to fix it. more
