I have rented from this place two times in the past but never will again.
The employees are rude. I called to ask a simple question and the person on the phone abruptly told me she doesn't have time to answer my question and hung up on me. I was appalled. I have never been treated like that.
This was not the first time I experienced rude customer service but it will be the last from this place. Oh, and the cosumes are not all that great anyway... and overpriced also. There are better costume stores in the Buffalo area.
