I don't know what alternate universe Roland and JA are living in, but not only have my experiences at this shop been totally the opposite case, your review doesn?t even make sense!
First off Roland, if it was so horrible, why would you go back again? I don?t think you ever set foot in that store. Secondly, what business owner in their right mind would refuse to give a potential customer information that may result in a sale?
Then go on to say she just hung up the phone on you. Totally ridiculous! Were you dropped on your head when you were a baby???
So come on Roland, fess up. Did someone put you up to this? Do you work for a competing business? Tell the truth, you'll feel better.
In any case, I'm involved in community theater, clowning, etc., and I've been doing business with Betsy for many years. She is one of the sweetest, most knowledgeable people I've ever worked with, and she doesn't deserve to have knuckle headed malcontents like you trying to ruin her business with that ridiculous and inaccurate review.
Now, for all you normal people out there that are just interested in getting quality costumes and accessories at a good price, I guaranty you?ll be amazed at this quaint little shop. It?s definitely worth the drive to Clarence.
