I use to be an amateur boxer and i thought that their was no other intense workout like boxing......Boy was i wrong....Crossfit is the best workout experience i have ever had, not only is the best workout physically but mentally, when you have a great Crossfit coach ( that's you SERJ) you push yourself to do things you never thought you could physically and mentally do.
I use to think that Crossfit wasn't for me, thought you had to be in the best physical shape to do crossfit...NOT TRUE...you have to start somewhere, and Crossfit is by far the best!! This will get you into the best shape of your life.
