the workouts are different every day so if you're tired of the same old boring gym routine step it up and check this place out. it's a little bit pricy (still cheaper than other crossfit gyms) but it's well worth it because it's as good as having a personal trainer. more

the workouts are very challenging but you will feel great knowing how much you've accomplished. the instructor, Serg, is a really nice guy. always very motivating and pushes you to push yourself. more

Crossfit is by far the best!! 5/12/2011

I use to be an amateur boxer and i thought that their was no other intense workout like boxing......Boy was i wrong....Crossfit is the best workout experience i have ever had, not only is the best workout physically but mentally, when you have a great Crossfit coach ( that's you SERJ) you push yourself to do things you never thought you could physically and mentally do. I use to think that Crossfit wasn't for me, thought you had to be in the best physical shape to do crossfit...NOT TRUE...you have to start somewhere, and Crossfit is by far the best!! This will get you into the best shape of your life. more

I love this class 5/10/2011

I have been working out for many years and run into the same problem with all my workout routines: It becomes boring and monotonous. With this class, every workout is different so you never get bored and Serj is that best trainer I have seen! More importantly, you see amazing results quickly. I love this class and definitely recommend it to everyone! more

Amazing workout, it doesn't matter if you are old, young, Athlete, or just someone looking for a good workout. Crossfit will push you to the limit. I recommend anyone that is tired of the same old workout and minimal results. more

you can always get a game 3/29/2011

The basketball courts are usually packed and you can always get a game. They have 3 leagues which are great for the recreational player who wants to still play in an organized environment. more

This gym is great 3/25/2011

This gym is great. It has a little something for everyone. I personally enjoy the swimming pool, and ever since they hired a new company recently to take care of it, it has been infinitely better. Cleaner and proper temperature. more
