My father in law lives around the corner and has been going there for years. Normally he waits inside while everything is getting done. This time, he stood by the window just to look outside and watched as the car came from being washed. He paid for the works-which includes waxing. He watched as the workers wiped/dried the car with towels as it left the wash. He asked to speak to the manager and explained that is not what he thought he was paying for. When you wax a car (to protect from the az sun) he expected an actual waxing. The manager argued with him, they went into the backroom where the surveillance cameras where to replay and the workers did not even dry/""wax "" the entire vehicle. The manager got very aggressive with my older father in law and said the wax was an, ""applicator."" Even with an applicator the workers should have wiped the entire vehicle down when they were finished. He has gone to this place for over ten years and owns 3 vehicles. He was very disappointed and angered. He also questioned if they have been changing the oil like he has been paying for the last 10 years.
Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible resolution, terrible professional demeanor attitude.
