I was a first time customer of Speedy at the Westland Store at the end of April 2011, using a coupon to get an oil change on my car. Not only did I get a fast, quality oil change, but Mark and Jim most likely saved me from an accident waiting to happen. While changing the oil, Mark noticed problems on the underside of my vehicle. He told Jim, and they asked if my car had recently been in an accident. I said yes, and they explained to me, as well as showed me the areas that were failing. I called my insurance company and explained what Speedy had found. They took immediate action with the repair shop to have my car repaired correctly; at the shop?s expense, with an inspector from the insurance company verifying the repairs. Westland Speedy, Mark and Jim have a new loyal and satisfied customer, and as I tell others of their outstanding service, I know they will get lots more.
