The employees I talk to are all really nice and will take plenty of time to show you guns and explain anything you want to know about. Once a friend was having trouble with a rifle and the gunsmith was really helpful and friendly, as well. I go there to shoot regularly, and especially love that they have ladies' night on Mondays so I don't even have to pay range fees. There sure aren't many places where you can find 100-yard indoor rifle ranges. I just wish there were more than three lanes.
