Incredible customer service. I was trying to get an old spa up and running, they walked me through the full setup and explained how to do everything even though I had not bought the spa from them. I bought some plumbing bits from them to get everything setup and they threw in some sealer and glue that I would need for free! Their stuff is expensive, but its the kind of place I don't mind overpaying just to make sure they stay in business forever.
