South Texas Heat can be a very sticky situation. Imagine the AC stops working for the 2nd time in 3 weeks and a house of 6 members ranging from 3 to 45 are not getting along because its sweltering in the home they spend 90% of thier time in because we are a home school family. This was our 2nd experience with Wilfixit service since 15 months earlier the furnace failed and was replaced by Wilfixit. That experience was tolerable but not enjoyable due to American Home Shield misdirection and just stupidity, but we made through that one. This time the AC fails and Wilfixit makes a correct diagnoses right off the bat. Unfortunately AHS again is not providing very good customer service and Willfixit as the onsite installer is caught in the middle as it usually happens becuase they are the face the customer actually sees they had to make good on the services of getting parts on a Saturday and getting the repairs done by noon. After a somewhat calm conversation with a manager level the day before which parts were available locally instead of having them shipped in Wilfixit did what customer service is all about. Get the job done and make the cusotmer happy. I am also in customer service for 25 years and you don't find the dedication from the techs involved (man of his word) to the management to satify the customer. Great job Willfixit. My hat is off to you .. I will recommend your services to my Freinds... TM.
