Our plumber Ken from Naperville came out within an hour of our call. The sewer was cleared in 1/2 hour yet he stayed with us for over an hour to make sure everything was clear and running fine. Ken went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were free of any other problems before he left. Job well done!!
