I bought a sink and accessories and installation. Clerk didn't have a clue and took over an hour just to check out. Then he called me 5 days later to charge me $35 for a detail that never happened. Then the installer didn't show up in the 4-hour window and Lowe's called him, but didn't get me an answer on time. I returned everything, then the installer showed up at my house 3 hours late (at 7 p.m., 3 hours after the 4-hr. window ended.)
