I bought a sink and accessories and installation. Clerk didn't have a clue and took over an hour just to check out. Then he called me 5 days later to charge me $35 for a detail that never happened. Then the installer didn't show up in the 4-hour window and Lowe's called him, but didn't get me an answer on time. I returned everything, then the installer showed up at my house 3 hours late (at 7 p.m., 3 hours after the 4-hr. window ended.) more

Tag at work? 1/22/2011

I looked around for about 15 minutes to get someone to help me. The employees were too busy playing some sort of poke tag. Finally had a man who was also helping another couple ask me if I needed help. So at least 1 person was multitasking. They have too many untrained people working here always new faces. This isn't the first time I experienced this sorta activity while shopping here either. more
