Lisa sold us two bags of crawfish for a crawfish boil a week ago. Several of the crawfish were dead when we poured them out of the bag. We sprayed water on them trying to see which ones were dead and which were alive, but we by no means put them in much water at all. We called and told Lisa what was going on, and she told us to cook them and see if the tails were straight. We did not want to cook dead crawfish and waste time and spices, etc. Then she said we could come ALL THE WAY BACK (45 miles away) to prove to her they were dead. She gave us enough store credit for almost a whole bag. Then 4 days later she calls and says she cannot issue us store credit because we had to have killed them-- there is no way they would have done anything wrong. We have been boiling crawfish for years and would know if we had done something to kill them. BOTTOM LINE: if your customers are dissatisfied, MAKE IT RIGHT. We will never order from Floyd's again. The only reason she is getting one star is because I have to pick one star.
