This company is awesome! I will definitely go back. I had an ipod touch, (actually my 14 year old daughters ipod) well her home button broke and life as we know it was ending. To save her life and my nerves I decided to have it repaired locally, I searched online ,where you send it to them then they fix it and send it back. Not only the worry and extra money it would have costed, i didnt feel comfortable doing that. I called best buy,radio shack, and they dont fix them of course they can send it off to apple for you, but again,more time! I just walked into tracy computers and to my surprise, not only do they fix them right there in the store, it took less then 1 hour! i was so excited the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family here. Thanks. I definately saved time and money.Thank you tracy computers you saved a young girls life!
