I am totally satisfied with the services they provided me for little maintenance price I paid. I had a class of two operating systems on personal laptop and I did everything to fix it but I failed. I then found out about Tracycomputers and called them to see if they can help me. They fixed the damaged OS in less than 30 minutes ONLINE from within my other OS. I didn't even have to go to their company. I have to admit that you guys are not only professional and customer-oriented but also providing affordable services. I totally recommend this company. This company is awesome! I will definitely go back. I had an ipod touch, (actually my 14 year old daughters ipod) well her home button broke and life as we know it was ending. To save her life and my nerves I decided to have it repaired locally, I searched online ,where you send it to them then they fix it and send it back. Not only the worry and extra money it would have costed, i didnt feel comfortable doing that. I called best buy,radio shack, and they dont fix them of course they can send it off to apple for you, but again,more time! I just walked into tracy computers and to my surprise, not only do they fix them right there in the store, it took less then 1 hour! i was so excited the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family here. Thanks. I definately saved time and money.Thank you tracy computers you saved a young girls life! more

I would like to say thanks to Tracy Computer and to every one that works there......Tracy Computer has been very helpful to me I have been taking my computers there for many years......I am very happy with there work and ther help .......They will go out of there way to help you no mater how munch you know about computer. more

Best service ever and ever again!!! 10/26/2010

I am writing this to thank you guys a million times. I bought 2 laptops from Best Buy and a 3 year warranty. I got a blue screen error and the geeks told me I had a virus. They charged me $100 to back up my files and $130 to remove viruses. After few days I got the same problem back. I took it to Tracy Computer Services they found my wireless card was defective and they replaced it, since then it works fine. My computer was not even infected. My wireless card was defective. The geeks wiped out all my programs but could not reinstall Pagemaker as it was for an older system. Since 90% of my files are Pagemaker, I was looking at having to buy a newer version for $500. I took it to Tracy Computers and within 15 minutes Yori had the program installed. Thanks a million Yori.I highly recommend this place. Their expertise is phenomenal. more

Fast and Cheap 6/14/2010

They are just phenomenal the guy named yori helped me out was great. He knew what he was talking about and the computer was done within a couple of hours. I took it to the geeks and not only they charge too much but I have to leave my computer for couple days to be looked at. Thanks Tracy Computer... more
