I felt like I was being rushed through the exam while choosing between the first or second options. Then I picked up my glasses and wore them for a couple of days and ended up having to return back to the store due to knowing something didn't feel right. Turns out they "inputted the wrong prescription into the computer". It would be nice for Pearle to have the necessary processes or checks and balances in place to pay attention to these types of details prior to sending a customer home with a wrong prescription! more
