Pearle Vision fixed me up with a new pair of glasses all in the same day when I broke my old pair! I was able to gett in to see the doctor right away and I was able to schedule my eye exam on-line. Fast and easy! I will deffinaltely be back. more

I took my glasses to pearle vision right before they closed with a new pair of glasses from a different location. The employees were extremely friendly and had no issue helping me. My glasses needed tightened and it didn't take long at all! Great customer service! more

Go somewhere else! 4/20/2012

Be ready to fight for right prescription. They are right no matter who wear glasses and how much they screw up from the doctor (wrong prescription) and manager (fighting to sell wrong lensess) to the secretary (measured reading part line to high - in the middle of the lensess). After several returns to the store in two months period I still don't have my safety glasses that I can use at work and my yearly check up is gone to their pocket. Waisting of time and money. Poor Experience 5/24/2011

I felt like I was being rushed through the exam while choosing between the first or second options. Then I picked up my glasses and wore them for a couple of days and ended up having to return back to the store due to knowing something didn't feel right. Turns out they "inputted the wrong prescription into the computer". It would be nice for Pearle to have the necessary processes or checks and balances in place to pay attention to these types of details prior to sending a customer home with a wrong prescription! more
