The person who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me what he did when he finished. He explained the company's fees and the papers I needed to sign. He also looked over the other pipes and my hot water heater and assured me that there were no more visible leaks, which I greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with my experience with Horizon Services and will call them again for future needs.
