Profesional,polite and excellent work. Ryan Coffey worked on our heater and air conditioner and Tom Girone and his helper installed 3 new toilets, new sump pit with battery backup. Also, Tom found leakey faucets front and back of bathtub, that required new tub and shower faucets. Water was leaking down to kitchen celling. more

Everything went well 8/4/2011

Professional, courteous technician. Everything went well, except that we were mistakenly charged for a job that was covered by our warranty. Eventually we got this straightened out, so everything is ok. more

We had a very good experience 7/27/2011

We had a very good experience with the Air Conditioner's annual service. Very pleasant young man. Had a situation with our heater and called Shellhorn & Hill - their Tech. mentioned an unwrapped pipe above the front of the heater and could drip onto the heater motor - he taped the area. more

the most satisfactory service experience I have ever had 7/25/2011

What started out as a sevice call to Horizon, turned out to be a thorough re-make of our powder room. This with my full approval as, Tim Kelly the tech, worked. It was probably the most satisfactory service experience I have ever had. A replcement toilet was found and delivered with lightining speed. more

Very satisfactory. Although we could have paid less for an AC and heating system, we had the peace of mind of knowing we were getting the best equipment and workmanship and dealing with a reputable company that stands behind its work. more

Very un-eventful. Tech's always arrive on time, use shoe covers, explain services performed. They are very polite & professional. Have never had a bad experience in all the years we have been under contract with Horizon. It was also a very wise investment that has saved us money over the years.
