I came into the Conservatory this morning, having decided to change my hair, both color and cut. Carmela listened to me, asked a few questions then set about mixing my new colors. Even while my hair was still wet, I knew I would love my new color. It looked so much more like me, like my hair color was natural. Thank you, Carmela. I think it is beautiful, and my husband agrees.
