Each year they are supposed to service the heating unit.
Each year they have a new reason not to. They continually refuse to fulfill the contract. Drivers are inept, lazy, disrespectful, old, out of shape and avoid work at all costs. Phone operators have the job of defending the drivers. Expensive oil. The only thing missing is a kick in the balls.
AVOID this filthy mess of a company.
