Had service contract with this company for several years. Just found out we need a new furnace because it was not being cleaned properly. Was out in Sept. 2014 to clean furnace and now Jan. 2015 was told we need a new furnace because burner fell in. This should have been noticed in Sept. if cleaning was done properly. Also, just found out they say they put a part on that cost $800.00 without checking with us (on a furnace that they said need replaced). Will no longer deal with this company. Also last year at end of season was charged close to $600.00 for parts they put on this same furnace. Rosie A. more

Drivers are inept, lazy, disrespectful, old, out of shape and avoid work at all costs. Phone operators have the job of defending the drivers. Expensive oil. The only thing missing is a kick in the balls. AVOID this filthy mess of a company. more
