This place offered absolutely no customer service. Everybody there was so upset about waiting so long and the employees were so nonchalant about offering poor customer service that it was a very painful experience. I don’t know who the manager is of this store because I didn't really care to stick around and make this dump any better but it obviously starts from the top down and this place has a lot of work. I don’t know how a Kinkos could be rated so poorly by so many people but this store overcame the odds and made a good company crumble into a huge disappointment. Your better off going to any other Fed Ex/ Kinkos store.
