Terrible service here. I went to Copy Experts and they actually got what I needed to be done at a much higher quality, and it is nice to see a business that actually cares about their customers. more

BAD service at Fedex 5/5/2011

This place offered absolutely no customer service. Everybody there was so upset about waiting so long and the employees were so nonchalant about offering poor customer service that it was a very painful experience. I don’t know who the manager is of this store because I didn't really care to stick around and make this dump any better but it obviously starts from the top down and this place has a lot of work. I don’t know how a Kinkos could be rated so poorly by so many people but this store overcame the odds and made a good company crumble into a huge disappointment. Your better off going to any other Fed Ex/ Kinkos store. more
