Before I ordered, I asked them several -- probably annoying and trivial questions about their products, all of which they answered with more detail than I required and much more swiftly than I" would've expected from any online company.
Their products are quality and much cheaper than anywhere else I could find (despite the fact that I actually wound up paying a little over $20 more at a different site for the exact same item at another point in time).
I do a lot of business on the internet- both buying and setlling, and I have to say that they were certainly the most communicative and responsive people I've ever dealt with on the interwebs.
Five stars for excellent customer service, cheap yet quality products, and speedy service and delivery.
