Do not order from them online!!!! Item numbers and pictures are wrong, then you have to haggle so you won't be charged a re-stock fee. Bought a few things and the box was damaged in shipping, this was back in September and I'm still waiting for a refund and new product. Also...they ship so slowly. After everything was settled, come January....I wrote a bad review on yelp (which they must have deleted) and then asked me to change my review???? Seriously? more

Amazing!! Finally a website with quality merchandise that doesn't break the bank. A HUGE selection too!! You can find just about anything you at Flirty Lingerie. Their customer service is outstanding. They spent quality time with me on the phone to get me my order in time for my anniversary weekend. Even gave suggestions on how things fit and match. WOW.. talk about boutique service!! This is my favorite store from here on out. I'm a customer for life! more

This is our 2nd Halloween my friends and I have purchased costumes from Flirty Lingerie. They have a great selection of costumes in the store and more stuff on line. They have cute shoes too. This sounds crazy but the sales guy helped us put together our costumes! Yes ladies, a guy helping you pick out your lingerie, he even gave us suggestions on colors and what "not to wear"! We are going as Charlie's Angels so guy's can get costumes here too. more

I have been shopping at Flirty for the last three years and always enjoy the experience. They carry a lotof stuff that no one else does for dancers, and girls like me who enjoy looking hot and well you know. This is a secret in the north valley and I only found about it because of my girlfriend who also shops here for special occasions. They have guy's and girls working here but I always get friendly service and answers to my questions. It seems i can always find something I just have to have but mostly I enjoy looking around with my boyfriend who seems to also find something for me to wear. I love it! I will keep coming back. I just got my Halloween costume and am looking forward to wearing it this Halloween. more

t was almost as much of a pleasure doing business with these people as it was using their products. Before I ordered, I asked them several -- probably annoying and trivial questions about their products, all of which they answered with more detail than I required and much more swiftly than I" would've expected from any online company. Their products are quality and much cheaper than anywhere else I could find (despite the fact that I actually wound up paying a little over $20 more at a different site for the exact same item at another point in time). I do a lot of business on the internet- both buying and setlling, and I have to say that they were certainly the most communicative and responsive people I've ever dealt with on the interwebs. Five stars for excellent customer service, cheap yet quality products, and speedy service and delivery. Good job. more

I haven't had experience with a brick location, but Flirty Lingerie's online store provides great selection and customer service! I've ordered numerous products at different times, sometimes requiring rush delivery and discretion and they have accommodated my needs. Additionally, they ensured my shipping costs would be minimal (relative to my needs) while making sure my products were delivered on time (sometimes on a specific day that I requested). Their customer service is also quick to respond. I will definitely order from them again if I need to! more

My girlfriends birthday or now ex girlfriends birthday was last Wednesday. I had been into flirty lingerie once before to find a sex toy but I went in this time to get for my my gf's birthday but i was told it was closed and told I could buy one online the guy was pretty big at the front desk but offered me no help what so ever and was too busy texting. I found the dildo on the website and ordered it and a cock ring three weeks before by gf's birthday and mind you live in the same city as the store so it should not take too long i though. after a week i had still not been charged so i called and talked to a lady who said it was processing still and i would have it in five days. a week later i still did not have it so i called again and it was the same lady who said they had been busy and had still not been charged. to be safe i changed it to 2 day air shipping hoping to get it asap. five days later i called to see where it was and they said it was shipping that day form their Colorado warehouse with my gf's birthday only three days away and i was promised i would have it on time. well i did not get it on time and it ended up starting a massive fight on my gf's bday because i had no present for her and we broke up. i called in today to give them a piece of mind and finally after five calls they answered and said they were so sorry. this place is terrible it smells and have the funniest looking person there especially this old guy who looks like big bird that i saw the first time i went there. i am not going to stop until no one buys from this store and am going to write a bad review every week for the next year on every site i can find. thank you flirty lingerie for ruining my relationship more

I live in New York City and could walk to a zillion places to find lingerie/costumes and the like but have been shopping online with Flirty since college and will continue to do so! I shop a lot online because I work late during the week (fashion girl problems) but also because I like how easy it is to click around during my lunch break, charge way too much on my credit card and then just as the shopping hangover lets up, receiving a box full of goodies from Flirty. It's always a pleasure to shop w/ Flirty because of their huge selection and honest staff (tx Donna!) Have been emailed to confirm sizing which is great bc as we all know, diff items fit differently! Just received my order and am very pleased!! Before placing the order, I had some questions about the merchandise that I was interested in, called and spoke to sales staff who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items. The price was right and the quality is great too. Had fun shopping on line as there are so many items to look at. I ordered an item from them at the end of January. A few weeks later after I inquired (sent 2 emails, left a phone message), they eventually got back to me and told me I would have a tracking # soon, plus the item after a few days. I still have not received EITHER. It has been 3 weeks since I have heard from them after the several messages and emails that I sent. I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from them. I also got the 'Valentines day is busy', and 'your item was out of stock' stories. Yeah, I still don't have the item - or a refund. OK - I received the item Mid march - and it was fine. The owner responded to a frustrated email of mine and offered to send me an item FREE OF CHARGE of equal or lesser value than what I purchased. It arrived in only a few days. Not many companies are so willing to 'make it right.' Much appreciated and I will buy from them again. more

Used lingerie??? Never ever be tempted to buy from Flirty Lingerie. I bought 2 garments from them. One never came and the other was STAINED and YELLOWED with a hole in it. That's all that needs to be said other than I never got my money back! more

While I lived in Albuquerque, Flirty Lingerie was the go-to spot I went to for lingerie and Halloween costumes. Their huge variety of costumes saved me from wearing the same ol' costume every year! I now live on the east coast but still utilized them this year to buy my Halloween costume online. I ordered it on the fly and it came to me quickly and in perfect condition!! The owner kept in excellent communication with me (I was freakin out about the costume getting in on time), and took extra precaution that my costume would get to me on time, which was really great! Their bra and panty selections are unbeatable compared to other retail lingerie companies and the owners are always EXTREMELY helpful in helping me find the right lingerie! Highly recommend this store! Can't beat the prices either! more

I also like the fact that if an item is out of stock Flirty will order and mail it right out. Your store is really fun and fashionable and you can't beat the prices, well unless you shop at a discount store and you know what that means, "you get what you pay for". I made an order for 4 items - 2 showed up after I called them a month later. The 3 item didn't show up for another month (because I called them again) - but it was a duplicate of one of the first 2 that I received. I emailed them about the 4th item - they said it was popular and that I will have to wait for it. So it's been 4 months now, and still nothing! I will spend my money elsewhere. I hope they go out of business (which I doubt because they take your money and never ship products - 100% profit!) HATE THEM! more

Not sure what the below experienced as every time I have shopped with Flirty Lingerie, I've been completely happy. I shop in-store and online often with Flirty amongst others and always give full benefit of doubt- keeping in mind that some companies are bigger than others/have an army of employees (im looking at you Victorias Secret) while many others have a smaller staff... That said, I am always impressed with the selection of lingerie year-round and costumes come October. Ps- thank you Flirty for always making me the most popular girl at ALL of my Halloween parties, ;) The store is a something of a gem on 2nd street, I like the cute chandeliers and don't feel dirty walking in there (girls, you know what i mean.) Store staff is small- the guys who work there are always nice and I like that they aren't hounding me/following me around to see if I need help! Have gotten the last 5 bachelorette gifts here- great selection (again!) and they'll let you order things online and pick-up in store. They've even done a special order for me and are super helpful. I usually don't write reviews but I really enjoy shopping with Flirty Lingerie as do all of my friends...I just went in this week and am glad to have found my go-to. THX AGAIN Y'ALL! more

Well first off I had waited almost 3 months for the garment I purchased online! (that is more than a reasonable time to wait!!! IMO) BUT I guess this company expects you to just wait around until they are good and ready to send it too you! (THE ONLY thing they did right was refund my money tonight!) so therefore I guess they earned the ONE star and that is being more than generous. I expect when an item isnt in stock or THE COMPANY is at fault they keep in contact or try to resolve this issue in a timely matter or refund the money if they cannot provide the customer with the order but I got many excuses about how they had no stock on hand and the retailer was sending an order in 2 weeks (reminded me of the money pit) 2 weeks, 2 weeks that is what they kept saying, well 3 months has passed now. I seriously will never shop on their site and if I were you would find another company to go w/ when shopping ONLINE! Pros: Recieved Refund Cons: After 3 months received NOTHING but excuses and lies! more

I ordered online and received a confirmation email detailing my purchase, yet the tracking number and shipping status were never updated. My emails were never responded to and both times I tried to call it took two days to actually get a hold of someone for information about my order. First, I tried to have it expedited when the woman told me it still hadn't been processed after eight days, but it would have been an additional $25 so I passed. Three weeks after my purchase, the tracking and shipping information still hadn't been updated. When I called to inquire, the woman was abrupt and unfriendly, saying it had been shipped and that I should have received it. When I said I would check, she said, "ok" and hung up the phone- no, "thank you for ordering with us, sorry about the confusion" etc. I don't know what the staff is like at the store, or if this particular woman was having a bad day, but both people I spoke to were far from professional. Order at your own risk. more

I stopped in the retail location (located in the North Valley) late this afternoon. I really wanted to see the merchandise in person because different brands sometimes fit a bit differently. I was treated with respect and kindness by Lisa (the owner). She was very patient with me while I made my selections. She also made plenty of trips to the back for me so I could get exactly what I wanted. The store was clean, and easy to navigate. The clothes are a reasonable price (on the lower end of the cost spectrum, especially for the stripper clothes). There were many colors and styles to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of booty shorts, and a bikini set that I bought. There is a large selection of cute, sexy, beautiful, and naughty clothing. It was a lot of fun to look around. I am very happy with my experience, and I will definitely return to this store. If you are planning to visit M-Th, I would recommend calling first, as they are currently, it seems, more or less open only on the weekends(?). However, this seems likely to be only temporary. To reiterate, I was quite positively impressed with the merchandise and the service. The selection and prices in this store far outdo similar stores that I have been to in Austin and Houston. Pros: huge selection, good prices Cons: can't think of any more
