The owner of the company was rude. I was simply asking for a bid for installing a Burnham boiler. He did not return the call, and when I finally reached him, he wanted me to send him the other contractor's estimate. I told him that it was not fair to the other guy, he hung up the phone. He was the most uncivilized contractor in that I have ever encountered.
