Home owner 4/18/2011

The owner of the company was rude. I was simply asking for a bid for installing a Burnham boiler. He did not return the call, and when I finally reached him, he wanted me to send him the other contractor's estimate. I told him that it was not fair to the other guy, he hung up the phone. He was the most uncivilized contractor in that I have ever encountered. more

Superb Service and Professionalism !! 3/3/2010

This company is absolutely the best around by a long shot. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have used some of the local "one man" operators in the past and found that service after the sale was non existent. Each time I have called American Heating Service someone always answered the phone day or night.I have had a new heating system installed by them recently and I must say that their price compared to 3 other quotes was not the lowest (2nd lowest) but knowing that American Heating Service stands behind its work 100% was the "deal maker" for me. If you decide to use them for service you will be very pleased. more

ABSOLUTLY THE BEST SERVICE AROUND !!! 7/20/2008

NO SOUR GRAPES HERE !!!\r Having been a customer for more than a decade all I can say is THAT I have always received SUPERB SERVICE Day-Night-Weekend and even on Christmas one year.\r The techs knew their stuff each at every service I had. Found the problem right away and that was it...HEAT. I recall on time in the middle of a winter cold spell when I am sure that the company was very very busy and only a certain number of techs to go around they made it to my house within a couple of hours and got our furnace back up and running. THANK YOU !! TO ALL OF THE GREAT PEOPLE AT AMERICAN HEATING SERVICE. more

VERY VERY VERY BAD....HORRIBLE 1/12/2008

We made an appointment with this company to repair our furnance because it was broken and in the middle of winter. Not very good. The workers of this company are VERY IRRESPONSIBLE people. They charged a lot for the service and an hour after they left, the furnace broke down again. What a BAD job that was!! When we called them, they told us they couldn't come back and had to charge us again. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! more
