Grayboyes installed replacement windows about 5 years ago, and after 2 years, one window began to sink in the frame. We thought the house was settling -- we're pretty dumb. After it got really bad, we contacted Grayboyes intending to pay for a service person to come out and fix this and some other things. Fat chance. They made fake promises to come out and never did. Our new contractor took out the window, expecting some kind of structural problem. Guess what? The window had been set in and the screws were still in the plastic bag -- the window was never fastened into the frame, just sitting there. What idiots!!
