We went to Dr. Mike for an emergency - our 17 year old boycat was in obvious distress and Dr. Mike was the closest vet to our house. Unfortunately, our boy had to be euthanized - Dr. Mike was compassionate and kind, taking us in right away even though we had not been to his office in the past. He told us what he felt was happening with our cat and explained our options and what he could do. And, while you hate to have to think of a budget when something like this happens, the fact is that Dr. Mike could've pretty much charged us an arm and a leg at the time and we would've done just about anything to make our guy feel better. Due to his age and his obvious discomfort, we chose to put him to sleep - and Dr. Mike was amazingly reasonable for this service as well as disposal. I don't know what we would've done without his compassion and reasonable pricing. I was very pleased with my previous vet, but I will be using Dr. Mike for all of my future pet care needs - he really cares for the animals and would rather see them treated well than make the extra money - and that meant everything to us at a very difficult time. I can't oversell his kindness - he was just wonderful!
