This is the worst customer service I've received in 50 years. Joe Saenz is rude and has a severe attitude problem. They didn't deliver when they said they would and then act like it was my fault. If I treated my customers that way, I'd be out of business.\r

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are other much more reliable and friendly shoe repair options. This place doesn't deserve you business and they certainly won't have mine again.
