I had purchased a new suitcase when I noticed the roller case was cracked. My warranty said to take it to an authorized repair place, which was the Austin Shoe Hospital. I took it in and was told that they would have to contact the company to order a part for it since they did not have wheel casings in stock. I was told it could be six weeks or more depending on how fast they received the parts, and that they would call me. Well, five months went by and no one called. And since I was in the area, I dropped in to check. After some serious searching, they found my suitcase in the back, on the top shelf. They gave it to me to take home saying it was fixed, but it was in the same cracked condition I brought it to them. Nothing was done!\r

The manager (I believe his name was Joe) apologized and said he would personally take care of it and call the company and let me know what was going on. Well, I never heard back from him. When I did finally make it back into that part of town, I was told
