when i went there during lunch, it was busy and they forgot to put the chicken in my salad. when i called a man answered the phone. he was very professional and aplogized for the mistake and sent a coupon for me use later. I go to this location at least 2x a week for lunch and this was the first time something like this happened. when a place is busy you can expect some mistakes but I was very pleased how he was eager to fix the problem for me.
