I ordered a sweeper bar for my Bisell vacuum cleaner from them. They told me it would be a week, maybe two for it to come in. Well 3 and a half weeks later and numerous phone calls later it finally arrived, but to make matters worse when my wife went to go pick it up she was treated very poorly. My wife stated to complain about how long it took and the guy at the service counter had nothing but wise answers, and eventually dismissed here with a sexiest chauvanistic remark, ""here ya go honey, now you can go vacuum"". We will not be back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use these clowns.... \r
