The overall experience with my order was not only very helpful but your rep. Over the phone ( David Estes) was someone very understanding of what I was trying to accomplish . I'm a homeowner And lately I've been doing things myself rather than to pay someone to do it if you know what I mean( things are tight). so I had a bunch of beginners questions and David was very patient and very helpful .
