CFR has very knowledgeable trainers that push you as hard as you want to be pushed. Expert staff includes nutritionist who is really worth reviewing your eating habits with - learned a few things to facilitate my goals and start to really lose weight. Love the variety of the workouts and the sense of getting real personal training during the boot camps. Inspired me to come up with a new goal - to be stronger at 50 than I was at 40!\r
