If you can get the attention of one of the harried service assistants in the paper piled office, then they seem to know what and how to fix on the car. The auto body/auto repair end of the business seems very good. However, they double parked my car and got a ticket. Said they would pay it, but it has taken months and several calls to get it handled. They are also very delinquent in sending the paperwork to the insurance company. Again, it took several months and numerous requests for Marmin to respond to NYS requests for documentation. Annoying.
