I hired this company to do work in my bathroom. When I called about a question with regards to the bill, I spoke to some woman with a thick accent, sounded spanish, who said she did the billing. I asked what the breakdown of the charges were as I could not read everything that was hand written. The woman said I would have to speak with the boss to answer any questions with regards to the bill.\r

You would think someone that does the billing could answer billing questions but she had no idea what I was talking about and tried to pass me off to the boss who wasn't even in the office and told me to call back.\r

One simple question turned into the most excrutiating experience. Don't use this company, apparently the boss thinks it's ok to hire people who you can't understand and can't answer any questions.
