I currently live in the Richland Mobile Home park and being here has made me and my family miserable. I am very disappointed that I paid cash for my home and yet I live under these rigid rules and regulations. If I would of known it was this bad I would have never bought my house and settled my family here.The manager is constantly at my house(without me knowing and taking pictures of my property.) I have tried talking to her manager, but does not seem to get anywhere. \r
She is a constant disturbance in my life. I have even considered taking legal action, as the harrasment is so constant.\r
If I had known I was breaking rules and causing problems I would have corrected it before it became an issue, but you are not even warned; you're just charged $25.00 for each violation. That can get really expensive.Even though they raise the rent every year by $10.00 dollars. \r
I would not recommened that any one live here!
