Richland Mobile Home Park Inc

When my family and I bought this house we were extremely excited. But everything came crashing down once management started harrasing us. By management I mean Bonnie Gomez. She is extremely unproffesional and just plain rude. We r just tired of her harrasement and discrimination against us that we will definitely take legal action against this place. People from this community need to stick together and not allow this lady to continue her harrasement and discrimination towards us. more

Terrible place to live with terrible managment! But could be a nice place if tenants were treated as they should be! more

I currently live in the Richland Mobile Home park and being here has made me and my family miserable. I am very disappointed that I paid cash for my home and yet I live under these rigid rules and regulations. If I would of known it was this bad I would have never bought my house and settled my family here.The manager is constantly at my house(without me knowing and taking pictures of my property.) I have tried talking to her manager, but does not seem to get anywhere. \r She is a constant disturbance in my life. I have even considered taking legal action, as the harrasment is so constant.\r If I had known I was breaking rules and causing problems I would have corrected it before it became an issue, but you are not even warned; you're just charged $25.00 for each violation. That can get really expensive.Even though they raise the rent every year by $10.00 dollars. \r I would not recommened that any one live here! more
