The original owners did not have European chocolate, 'Mermaid Dreams'. They made all their own truffels and molded bars, using only the best single origin trinitario cacao. Nothing came from Europe. If you are part of the Gonzales clan or a friend, I don't fault you for giving a stellar review, after all, they are family. But don't misrepresent the people who established this business. Everyone in north shore knows better.
