Good Service and friendly people.
TV service is okay, However I always cancel it once my annual promotional contract is up and swiotch to dish for a year or two and then switch back once promotion is available again. The cost of non-promotional cable TV is a bit over priced.
Internet Service is Excellent!! I pay for premium internet service year around. Its fairly priced and screams! At any givin time of day I can ALWAYS recieve 2MB/s and even at times i see 2.5MB/sec, Also the latency to Los Angeles from my PC is always less than 20milliseconds generally. This makes for some very low FPS ping times for online game playing or VoIP and other time critical services.
For a small rural like town we are in here, Apache Junction Arizona, I am very very happy with this service is exceeds many large city areas, including COX in Phoenix/Mesa area.
Awesome Job MediaCom, keep up the good work and please work on your TV pricing so i dont have to keep switching to Dish.
