At Hifi Buys we strive to always give each customer our best effort. We regret that this customer believes that we fell short of doing so. We only respond to this complaint because we feel it is unwarranted. Taken out of context any scenario can be shaded to appear one way or the other. All that can be said is that we did our best to meet the needs of this customer.\r
The install was initially agreed to be basic in nature and price. To accommodate the customers wishes we agreed to go above and beyond a basic install, for no additional fee, to try and pleae him. After it was complete and operational the customer was unhappy with the placement. Again for no additional charge we reinstalled the equipment to the customers’ specific instructions. After we were told that the work was still unsatisfactory we came to the conclusion that nothing would satisfy this customer. \r
