An Amy that you can barely understand, a supposed manager in ""Joe Smith"" and an Emily. When inquiring when a tech should arrive they will constantly lie to you and give you the run around, ""The tech will call you."" Right, I've heard that one before. Monday, 2 to 5 PM.. guy shows up at 8:40 PM. The tech Ken told me that he needed a part and that he would be back Monday, now today is Saturday and still awaiting a tech that was supposed to be here between 10 AM to 2 PM, then 3 to 6PM now not coming all. STAY AWAY from this company! I hope no never deal with this absolute negligence and incompetence again.
