I have been trying for two weeks to get the technician to come back and repair the job he didn't get right the first time. The customer service is terrible. The service representatives are unfriendly and not helpful. The manager rarely shows up to work and does not return phone calls. The technician doesnt answer his phone or return calls either. In case it isn't already clear, stay away from this group. more

The WORST customer service imaginable. 4/30/2011

An Amy that you can barely understand, a supposed manager in ""Joe Smith"" and an Emily. When inquiring when a tech should arrive they will constantly lie to you and give you the run around, ""The tech will call you."" Right, I've heard that one before. Monday, 2 to 5 PM.. guy shows up at 8:40 PM. The tech Ken told me that he needed a part and that he would be back Monday, now today is Saturday and still awaiting a tech that was supposed to be here between 10 AM to 2 PM, then 3 to 6PM now not coming all. STAY AWAY from this company! I hope no never deal with this absolute negligence and incompetence again. more
