i order compost over the phone ""dude"" on the phone John was nice and personal schedule my delivery he said i can squeez you in 2 weeks. (i""ve normally had it delivered within 2 days from another company but they were no longer in business, and saw that they charged my account. i called to verify and they said that yes, we charge it right away cus it's discounted etc. along story short 2 week wait cus of weather and scheduling ended up 6 weeks later. no return calls etc. i'm calling to cancel the order and hoping that they refund my credit card. everyone you speak to is really nice on the phone... but when there is a problem, no one calls you back and they give you alot of run around. i don't know how they stay in business. they should just call there business ""unreliable mulch"" tried to speak to the owner chris after having had spoken to vp jason. but still to no avail.... no solid answers or accountability. i've never experienced anything like this before. never pay up front. finally spoke to the mother of chris, barbara... she first told me there is no need to talk about it.. i couldn't believe she even said that to me... i finally told her that i couldn't believe she ran her business as such. etc. i did tell her you shouldn't sell a product if you can't deliever... she made lots of excuses..i told her that's not my problem.. you're the owner it's your job etc.and basically told me that she doesn't care cus she makes a lot of money.... don't use this company they suck!
