Story:
I called them on a Saturday morning to rent a dryer. I was on the phone with them completing information. I paid that morning for a half month and scheduled my next payment for the 15th (actually due by 17th). They said that it would be delivered Tuesday. I call on Monday afternoon (3pm'ish) to confirm the delivery time. They said that they were awaiting more paperwork. I found this interesting because nobody bothered to call and tell me Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I don't even know if they were gonna call ME on Monday. But, they said the delivery would still be Tuesday. Actually, the delivery was almost a week late. I got it the next Monday. I called a person at Rent a Center and they said I should get credit for a week. On the next payment date, the 15th, I call to find out about the credit and pay the remaining balance. Well, that person told me that I will not receive a credit. I pay for a month whether I had the dryer or not. So angrily, I paid for the next half of the month and asked them to pick it up before the end of the month. I did not wish to use their services anymore. At the end of the month, I HAD to call and confirm the pick up. So, once it was picked up and the account paid, I thought I was done. NO, I wasn't. They called me rudely saying that I was late and they need a payment. I had to tell them that they picked up the dryer, I didn't have it, and I paid in full (no balance).
