This yoga practice has changed my life. I was a walking stress ball and suffering from many physical ailments including acid reflux, back pain and anxiety. I started Dahn in August 2010 and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. Through exercise, stretching and meditation I have reduced my stress and have gotten healthier and happier. The place has a calming effect and after every class you feel recharged and refreshed. Its not your ""traditional"" yoga practice but if you keep an open mind, it will change your life for the better.
