We had a hurt puppy English bulldog. We have been clients the past year. We needed help , because she hurt her leg. We took the wrong turn and we were 15 minutes late. We even called to notify them. They had the nerve to call back in 5 minutes to say we can't see you. Reschedule. We were in the parking lot. Needless to say.. you are only a # there with no real customer service. Front desk is horrible. Horrible service. Moved on to another vet office the same day that was able to fit our sweet bulldog in. NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND NO EXCUSES. Don't let Zoot's curbside appeal fool you. They don't have a heart for pets, no matter how much you are willing to spend and wait to get in. Good luck.. we have found a vet that actually cares & takes the time to show it. Zoot just cares about their mini boarding hotel they are running.. its a cash cow. Do yourself a favor and find a local vet that cares and is professional.
